  5. information CORRECTLY or you will NOT be validated, there are only a few

  10.            2. No Harrasment of ANY of the other users.

  12.            3. If a Upload is not really for the SysOp, DON'T
  13.             Upload it to the sysop section.

  15.            4. No logging on under another user's account, if caught, you
  16.             will be deleted.

  18.    those are not very hard rules to follow, so just keep them in mind.
